Yes 12u local. This young lady seems like she has some potential. 
Needs work on skill development, court IQ and how to mentally adjust to speed of the game and over come mistakes. 
Going to recommend moving up to 13u local .I think pushing her and having her compete at a faster level will help her adjust and up her game.
