At Texas Prime, player development is the foundation of everything we do. For younger athletes, our focus is on building strong fundamentals, basketball IQ, work ethic, and confidence. We believe that long-term success starts with proper teaching, accountability, and developing players the right way from the beginning. For our older middle school and high school players, our training becomes more advanced and intentional. We work to sharpen skills, improve decision-making, and prepare athletes for the speed, physicality, and expectations of the collegiate level. Every workout, practice, and competition is designed to push players toward their full potential. What separates our program is that development doesn’t stop on the court. Through our in-house recruiting arm, PSR Prime Scouting & Recruiting, we actively help players gain exposure and find the right college fit. We assist with player evaluations, recruiting guidance, and connections with college coaches, giving our athletes a clear pathway to the next level. Our goal is simple: Develop players.
